Haiti Quiz Challenge is a Kreyòl-first Haiti trivia app, available on the web at haitiquiz.com and on Google Play. It's operated by Lexcellent Solutions LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
Haiti Quiz Challenge is designed to work fully offline. By default, the Android app collects no personal data and sends nothing to our servers. Anonymous answer analytics are available as an opt-in feature, explained below. The website version at haitiquiz.com additionally uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic — see "Website analytics" below. This does not apply to the Android app.

Uninstalling the app or clearing browser site data removes all of this completely.
The app may optionally log anonymous, aggregate answer statistics (which question was shown, whether it was answered correctly, its category and difficulty) to help us improve question quality. This feature is off by default, never includes any identifying information, and can be turned off at any time in Settings.
The web version at haitiquiz.com uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage — pages viewed, general device/browser info, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP, not GPS), and referral source. This is standard aggregate website analytics; it does not identify you personally. Google Analytics is not present in the Android app — the app code actively disables it, so installing from Google Play remains fully tracking-free as described above. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the app. No personal data is sent to our servers under default settings.
Haiti Quiz Challenge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email sakpase@bazht.com.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
